Just a reminder that we will be switching to the new “per incident” support system at 12:01am on Friday, April 1, 2016.

We posted “Orange Cat introduces ‘per incident’ service system” a few weeks ago to explain the change.

One question that has come up is why are service requests made by phone, email, text or messenger not entered into the system until 5:00pm? The reason is that we have to enter them manually and we simply can’t stop our work flow to do that until we have all service requests in for the day.

Why is the Ticket System Important?

One question that has come up is why are service requests made by phone, email, text or messenger will not be entered into the system until 5:00pm? The reason is that we have to enter them manually and we simply can’t stop our work flow to do that until we have all service requests are in for the day.

Also, service requests made by phone, email, text or messenger will usually not include the required service fee due on the item and we will have to send a message back to the requestor asking them to go to the Orange Cat Services page to see if a fee is due for that service and if so, how much. PayPal payment buttons are provided on the Services page to make this as simple as possible.

Getting Faster Service

You can see that there will be a considerable delay in getting services requested by phone, email, text or messenger. We want to service your request as soon as possible. To make that happen, start at the Services page.

It’s all on the Services page

Once payment is made from the services page, you will be directed into the Orange Cat Support Ticket System. Create a ticket and explain what service you need and include any login information you think we may need to service your request.

Maintenance Package Subscribers

If you subscribe to a Professional Website Maintenance Package with us, you can go directly to the Support system and create a ticket to request whatever service you need. $25, $50 and $75 service items are included in your maintenance contract and are usually performed as part of your periodic maintenance. Other items can be requested using the Support System.
