Orange Cat introduces “per incident” service system

Effective April 1, 2016, we will begin a “per incident” service system designed to make your service request more efficient. No more hourly charges for routine requests.

A complete schedule of services “per incident” charges and payment buttons are available at the Orange Cat Services page.

All scheduled service requests will be handled by the Orange Cat Support Ticket system. Service requests made through other means, such as email or text will be added to the Ticket System before any work commences.

We will add service requests made by phone, email, text or messenger to the Ticketing System at 5:00 PM ET. The issues will be addressed the next day. Payment is due before work begins.

Service requests made through the ticketing system will be handled ASAP. Use the services page to pay for your incident and PayPal will send you to the Ticketing System to make your request.

To save time, make sure you supply us with any or all of the following:

  • WordPress Admin URL
  • WordPress Login Name and Password
  • cPanel URL
  • cPanel Login Name and Password
  • All information regarding your serve request

If we need to, we will contact you for additional information, but that will delay our response.

Our goal is to deliver services for a fair price and as quickly as possible. Supplying us all pertinent information will help us reach that goal.
