Update WordPress Core, Themes and Plugins – We will update WordPress core, and all themes and plugins. This is very useful for keeping your website secure as most hacking attacks occur through vulnerabilities that the updates correct – $30.00
WordPress Website Maintenance – Professional Website Maintenance Packages make sure that your website is performing at peak levels.
Install WordPress.org Plugin – We will install the latest version of the WordPress.org plugin of your choice – $30.00
Install WordPress.org Theme – We will install the latest version of the WordPress.org theme of your choice – $30.00
Install Updraft Backup Plugin – We will install the latest version of the Updraft plugin for WordPress on your web hosting account and hook it to your Amazon AWS or Dropbox account for automatic weekly backups. – $30.00
Install & Configure WooCommerce plugin – We will install the latest version of WooCommerce eCommerce software on your WordPress installation – $45.00
Restore Using Backup Plugin – In the event your website is hacked, if a server failure of malfunction causes you to lose files or data or if you just mess up your site while doing updates, we can restore your website from the backup files produced by your installed backup plugin – $90.00

Add domain alias (parked domain) – We will setup a domain alias of your choice to your domain name. This is useful when you want to add an additional domain to your account so it can point to your current website or so you can send and receive email from that domain – $30.00
Backup entire cPanel (web, databases, email, etc.) – We will make a complete cPanel backup of your server and place the .zip file it creates for you to download – $45.00
Setup SSL on website (plus certificate fees) – We will setup Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on your web server (use https:// instead of http://). This will make your website more secure, increase your chances of closing a sale and should also help your Google ranking – $125.00
Setup DNS Zone File for Remote Web Hosting – We will update your DNS Zone file to reflect changes to the IP address of a remotely hosted site (a website hosted at a different host than the domain) – $90.00

Calls to Outside Tech Support
We are happy to help you resolve problems that require communication with outside Tech Support (Siteground, InMotion, WP Engine, Hostgator, GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.) Initial cost is $45 for first half hour paid in advance, then $1 per minute for subsequent minutes billed to you after the problem is solved. Subsequent calls to rectify the same problem will be billed to you at $1 per minute.

“Ask Bob” was set up to help you with any questions you may have on hardware and software for Macs, iPads and iPhones.
If we can’t help you solve your problem, we will gladly refund your money.
